Booking a balloon setup with DCCL takes four steps.

1. Send your date

WhatsApp us your date, venue and occasion. Photos of your space help. A reference picture of a style you like helps even more.

2. Get a design and quote within 24 hours

We reply with a design direction, a colour palette matched to your theme and a fixed quote. No obligation at this point.

3. Confirm with a deposit

[REPLACE — Your deposit amount or percentage and how the balance is paid. Example of the level of detail to give: "A $100 deposit locks in your date. The balance is due on setup day via PayNow."]

4. We handle the rest

We arrive before your event to deliver and set up. Grab & Go items are the only self-service option.
