Refund policy

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once your deposit is received. The deposit to confirm booking is 50% of the setup price. The balance is due 1 week before we begin.

Cancellation by you

Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover materials and reserve your date. If you cancel 7 days or more before your event, you may move your deposit to a new date within 3 months, once. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit. If the balance has already been paid, it is refunded in full for cancellations made 48 hours or more before setup.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot deliver your setup for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.

Changes

Colour and theme changes are free up to 5 days before your event. Later changes depend on material availability and may carry a cost.

Weather and venue

Outdoor setups are at your own risk. If a venue refuses us access on the day, the booking is treated as a cancellation by you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
