Booking

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Dates are not held without one.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate venue details, access and a setup window. Ensure the venue permits balloon decorations. Keep children and pets away from the setup area during installation.

Our property

All backdrops, stands, plinths and props remain the property of DCCL Events and are collected after your event at the agreed time.

Photography

We may photograph our setups for our website and social media. Tell us in writing before the event if you prefer we do not.

Pricing

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include delivery and installation within Singapore unless stated otherwise.

Liability

We are not responsible for venue restrictions, weather, or balloon deflation caused by heat, wind or handling after installation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
